Multiple know-how

We control the bi-material injection allowing the economical realization of parts combining the characteristics of two different thermo plastic materials.

We also have a know-how in overmolding. This consists in injecting plastic on an insert (metal, plastic, ceramic...).

Multiple parts are achievable: single caps, service cap, reducer joint... but also complex shapes.

We also control the injection by gas, hot block with hot tip injection in order to remove the carrots.

A wide range of materials is at your disposal: PA66, PA12, POM, PE, PP, PEEK, SURLYN, ABS, PPA, SEBS, PC, PDM, PBT, PVC...
